These six cities are inside our daily working radius. Crews reach them without travel surcharges, we know the permitting office in each one, and we can usually get a re-roof estimator on site within the same week.
Coast to coast

Outside the core six we mobilize across the southern peninsula — up the Gulf to Sarasota, and over to the Atlantic from West Palm Beach down to Miami. On commercial work, distance is a scheduling question rather than a limit: if the scope justifies a crew on the road, we bid it.

Miami-Dade and Broward are Florida's High-Velocity Hurricane Zone, which carries its own
product-approval and inspection requirements distinct from the rest of the state. We
account for that in the bid rather than discovering it at inspection.
