The standard,
on every roof.
Eighty percent of Blackstone's work is commercial — new construction, re-roofs, additions, and restorations for the GCs, developers, owners, and property managers shaping South Florida's commercial corridor. The other twenty percent is high-end residential, built to the same drawings and inspected against the same standards.
We picked 6 systems and committed to mastering all of them — standing seam metal, 5V crimp metal, clay and concrete tile, torch-applied modified bitumen, architectural shingle, and induction-welded TPO. Crews are trained on manufacturer assemblies, attachment patterns, and detailed flashings. Certifications are kept current. Field progress is logged daily.
TPO is the one system we keep commercial-only. Everything else we install on both commercial and residential projects — which is why a Blackstone house gets the same crew, the same checklist, and the same warranty package as a Blackstone warehouse.
The result is a roof that passes the first inspection, outlasts the warranty, and looks like the drawing.

Bid the roof you'd install.
Numbers that reflect the actual assembly — not the cheapest configuration we could substitute on the back end.
-
— 02
Install to the spec.
Manufacturer assembly, code attachment, engineered flashings, daily field logs. Inspection cadence built into the schedule.

Warranty in writing.
Material and workmanship warranties delivered as a closeout package — not promised verbally and lost in a desk drawer.

Specialize, don't dilute.
6 roofing systems installed in-house. We don't sub the trade out and we don't bid on systems we won't crew ourselves.
