The classic Florida exposed-fastener profile — five V-crimps per panel. The silhouette of old-Florida cottages and modern coastal builds, and a strong value play that still delivers a metal roof's lifespan and wind performance.
Barrel, flat, and S-tile assemblies on engineered underlayments. We hand-cut hips, ridges, and valleys to drawings — and we don't substitute the underlayment to win a number. Built for the look, the lifespan, and the inspection.
Multi-ply SBS and APP modified bitumen — torch-applied to spec on flat and low-slope sections. The right system for parapets, terraces, and tie-ins where seam reliability matters more than the dollar-per-square headline.
Dimensional architectural asphalt shingle — high-wind nailing patterns, sealed starter and ridge, and synthetic underlayment. A clean, cost-controlled system installed to the same inspection standard as our metal and tile work.
Single-ply TPO installed with induction-welded attachment — fewer fasteners, fewer seams, and a roof field that resists wind uplift far better than mechanically attached layouts. Blackstone is a certified RhinoBond installer, working in GAF and IKO membranes.

— we install on both.
Commercial and residential follow the same arc. Plans get bid from the drawings. No-plans re-roofs get measured in person and quoted free. Either way, you see the scope before the scaffolding.
For new construction, you send us the plan set and roof spec. For re-roofs without drawings, we drive the site, measure, photograph, and core-sample if needed.
We bid the system on the drawings — or, for no-plans re-roofs, a free written estimate with material, attachment, and warranty laid out clearly.
Crew assignments, manufacturer kits, dumpster, dry-in window, and inspection cadence are scoped before we mobilize. Daily progress logs to your PM or owner.
Manufacturer field inspection, jurisdiction sign-off, and a written warranty package — workmanship and material — delivered with your closeout.

Yes — that's the majority of our work. Send the architectural drawings and the roof specification and we'll bid from the set: material, attachment pattern, warranty, and schedule, returned in writing to the GC or owner. If the spec allows alternates we'll price them, and we'll flag anything in the drawings that we think will cause a problem in the field before it becomes a change order.
For a re-roof without current drawings, we come to the building. We measure the field, photograph penetrations and tie-ins, check the deck condition, and core-sample if the existing assembly is unclear. You get a written estimate with the system options that fit the building, what each one costs, and what warranty each carries.
There's no charge and no obligation. If we think the roof has serviceable life left, we'll tell you that too.
No. TPO is the one system we keep commercial-only. It's an excellent single-ply commercial roof — we're a certified RhinoBond installer for it — but it isn't the right answer for a high-end residential roofline. For homes with flat or low-slope sections we use torch-applied modified bitumen instead.
If someone has pitched you residential TPO, ask us why we'd talk you out of it.
Yes. We hold Florida Certified Roofing Contractor licence CCC1335856, and we carry general liability and workers' compensation. Certificates of insurance go directly to your GC, owner, or property manager on request.
