Marco is its own incorporated city with its own building department, separate from unincorporated Collier County. Product approvals and inspection expectations are handled locally, and we account for that in the bid rather than finding out at inspection.

For Marco homes we lead with standing seam or 5V crimp metal in coastal-rated finishes, and clay or concrete tile on engineered self-adhered underlayment. Lanais, terraces, and zero-pitch additions get torch-applied modified bitumen.
On commercial and condo work — and Marco has a lot of multi-family — flat fields go to induction-welded TPO. Fewer fasteners through the membrane is exactly what you want on an island roof.
