Home Service Areas FORT MYERS
Roofing in
Fort Myers, Florida.
Fort Myers is our largest commercial market outside Naples. Warehouse, distribution, retail, medical, and multi-family — the building stock here is exactly what our commercial systems are built for.
A commercial market,
first and foremost.
Roughly eighty percent of Blackstone's book is commercial, and Fort Myers is where that shows most clearly. Large flat fields, roof-top mechanical, parapet and curb detailing, and warehouse spans where wind uplift across the field governs the whole attachment design.
Jurisdiction depends on the address: inside city limits permits run through the City of Fort Myers, and outside them through Lee County. On larger commercial jobs we handle the submittal and the inspection cadence as part of the schedule rather than leaving it to the owner.
Induction-welded TPO,
at warehouse scale.
For large flat fields our answer is usually induction-welded TPO. Fewer fasteners penetrate the membrane and there are fewer field seams, which is why it outperforms a mechanically attached layout on wind uplift — and on a warehouse roof the field is where uplift is won or lost.
Where the detail is complex — parapets, terraces, and tie-ins — we specify torch-applied modified bitumen. Pitched commercial and multi-family gets standing seam, 5V crimp, or architectural shingle.
