Home Service Areas CAPE CORAL
Roofing in
Cape Coral, Florida.
Cape Coral is one of the densest residential re-roof markets in Southwest Florida, and a large share of it is canal-front. Water on one elevation changes the exposure, and it changes how we detail the windward side.
Canal-front exposure,
street-front budget.
The Cape's canal network means a great many homes have an open water fetch on at least one side. That raises the effective wind exposure on that elevation and it accelerates finish wear from moisture and salt carried in off the water. Two identical houses a few streets apart can genuinely warrant different fastener and finish specifications.
Cape Coral is an incorporated city with its own building department. The housing stock is largely single-family and much of it was built in comparable eras, so re-roof demand tends to arrive in waves — which is also why the market attracts a lot of out-of-area storm-chasers. We are a Naples company with a Florida certified roofing licence and a permanent address; we will still be here when the warranty matters.
Shingle, 5V, and metal
on the water.
Architectural shingle is the most common answer in the Cape and a perfectly good one when it is installed correctly — high-wind nailing pattern, sealed starter and hip-and-ridge, synthetic underlayment. Where an owner wants longer service life, 5V crimp metal is the value play and standing seam the premium one.
We also install tile across the Cape, and torch-applied modified bitumen on flat lanai and carport sections. Commercial work along the Cape's corridors goes to induction-welded TPO.
