Eighty percent of Blackstone's work is commercial — new construction, re-roofs, additions, and restorations for the GCs, developers, owners, and property managers shaping Southwest Florida's commercial corridor. The other twenty percent is high-end residential, built to the same drawings and inspected against the same standards.
We picked four systems and committed to mastering all four — Metal, Tile, Torch-Applied Modified Bitumen, and Induction-Welded TPO. Crews are trained on manufacturer assemblies, attachment patterns, and detailed flashings. Certifications are kept current. Field progress is logged daily.
The result is a roof that passes the first inspection, outlasts the warranty, and looks like the drawing.
